Content creation provides the user with the framework to publish blogs, pages etc. Each screen is specific to the function selected, so the screen presented for blog creation will vary slightly from that for creating workgroups. Whatever function is selected, the page is presented in three sections Header, Body and Footer, typical examples of these sections are reproduced below. This topic describes how DBFM adds value to the Body section of the Create Content page below:
An example header section to a Create Content Intranet page will contain Title and Categories sections as shown below:
The body section of the Create Content page is reproduced below, it uses simple word processor options similar to those found in e-mail clients to provide an authoring environment.
DBFM adds the cabinet icon, found in the tool-bar and below the authoring area. Its primary function is to enable the user to select a directory or file from the file manager (illustrated below) to link to or embed in a publication. Right clicking on a file or directory will generate a context menu dependant upon the selection.
Right-clicking on any directory displays a Context Menu providing the following directory editing and linking options.

Right-clicking on any revision directory displays a Context Menu providing the following editing and linking options.
